WM Manage is used by teachers, parents, admins, branch admins, main admins, and students.

We only collect the information needed for the app to work properly:

• Class
• Section
• Email address

This information is used only to identify users and manage app access.

We do not collect phone numbers, contacts, location data, photos, videos, files, payment information, ad data, analytics data, crash reports, or any unnecessary personal data.

How we use the information

We use the information only to:

• Identify users.
• Manage student records.
• Allow teachers and admins to view and edit student information.
• Show school-related content.
• Send assignment notifications and important app updates.

Notifications

WM Manage uses Firebase Cloud Messaging only to send app-related notifications, such as assignment alerts or school updates.

We do not use notifications for advertising or marketing.

Third-party services

WM Manage uses Firebase only for push notifications.

Firebase may process limited technical data needed to deliver notifications, such as device tokens. We do not use Firebase for advertising, tracking, or user profiling.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share user information only with authorized school users such as teachers, parents, admins, branch admins, and main admins.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app and manage school records.

If an account or record is removed, the related information may be deleted or kept only if required for school or legal purposes.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is fully secure.

Children’s privacy

WM Manage may be used by students under 16 in a school setting. Information about students is handled only for school-related purposes and access is limited to authorized users.

Internet requirement

WM Manage requires an internet connection to work.
